The creator of the deck – Louis Art Tarot – does have an Etsy page and the Cat Tarot deck is available through the Etsy shop.

*And a point of clarification about the absence of a guidebook. The Kickstarter campaign did have an art book as an add-on, and it contained full color artwork of each card, and included keywords for upright and reversed, but was not a detailed guidebook that many decks come with. I also do not see the art book available on the Etsy website.
